Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sundala Studio (“we”, “us”) for your use of Progress Princess (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use Progress Princess

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.

Subscriptions and billing

Progress Princess is a paid subscription. Pricing is $5 per month or $45 per year; promotional pricing (such as a launch discount) applies as shown at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and may change over time — the price shown to you at purchase is the one that applies.

Subscriptions bought on our website are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and appears on your bank statement. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are sold by Apple through the App Store and are managed in your App Store settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back guarantee and how to cancel or request a refund.

Your content

Your habits, journal entries, moods, cycle data and photos are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the app to you (for example, to sync it across your devices and generate your answers and recaps). We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t use it to advertise to you.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the app — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting or probing the service’s security, reverse-engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Not medical advice. Progress Princess is a wellness and self-tracking app, not a medical device. Cycle predictions, mood tracking and reminders are for personal insight only. They are not medical advice or diagnosis, and are not a method of contraception or fertility planning. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.

Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for a reliable service but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundala Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above; continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
